Q. Can I cut the cables myself?

A. If cutting cable on your own, use appropriate cable cutters (triangular or rounded) and solder the cable ends or use super glue or similiar adhesive as a temporary solution. Cable ends must be neat and clean to avoid fraying, and allow glue to dry completely before installing the cable into the gripper.

Q. Can I paint the rails and/or hardware?

A. No. Painting the rails and/or hardware is not recommended. However, some rails come with removable plastic covers and those plastic covers are paintable.

Q. Can I cut the rails?

A. Yes, the rails are made out of extruded aluminum and can be easily cut with a hack saw.

Q. Can I use your products outside?

A. No, our products are not made for outdoor use.

Q. How can I place an order?

A. All orders are taken over the phone and/or email. All orders must be paid for with credit card, check or wire transfer.

Q. Does your office accept walk-ins?

A. Walk-ins are welcomed by appointment only. Our business hours are 8am-4:30pm and our office is located just minutes from PDX Airport.

Q. What is your return policy?

A. We accept returns on unopened and unused hardware purchased within 30 days. There is a 10% restocking fee on all returns.  No returns on cables, hang rods, CRA or other custom cut and/or special order hardware.
